What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Payment card details go straight to our payment processor — they never touch our servers and we never see the full number.

When you browse, we collect standard analytics: pages viewed, roughly where you are by region, what device and browser you're on, and what site sent you here.

When you join the mailing list, we collect your email and whether you open what we send.

Why we collect it

• To take payment, pack the right box, and get it to the right address
• To email you about your order — confirmations, tracking, and delays
• To send marketing, but only if you opted in
• To spot fraud and keep the store working
• To understand which products people actually look at

Who else sees it

Our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email platform, and our analytics provider. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart from emptying between pages, remember you're signed in, and count visits. You can block them in your browser — the cart will stop working properly if you do.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days. Every marketing email also has a one-click unsubscribe at the bottom.

How long we keep it

Order records stay for seven years because tax law requires it. Marketing contacts stay until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is dropped after 26 months.

Children

This store isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, write us and we'll delete it.

Changes and questions
